Wearables for us are serious business. We only offer what we have tested and devices that we know are able to transmit medical quality data at least once per second. (After all, if we see data in real time, we'll quickly see which ones are fudging the data...)

For us at WiCis-Sports a wearable must be:

  • Non-intrusive (you must be able to wear it and not know it's even there)
  • Able to generate medical quality data (no averaging, no fudging...)
  • Have a long battery life (> 1 week - in fact one month should be the norm)

Our list of wearables may be short - but we have tested these extensively both in the Sierra Nevada and in the Himalayas!

We have tested hundreds of devices - really!. These are the best of breed and most reliable in their class...
